He finds his inspiration in large cities where the diversity of contrasts leads him to apply deep layers of oil and pigments.
These many layers of oil paint give the painting a meditative depth and provide the sober yet bright color palette that characterizes a real Marczewski.
His art is instinctive, abstract and monumental.
